Enterprise Networks provides IT, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, VOIP, and POS/retail technology solutions for businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Managed IT and enterprise network services
Cybersecurity solutions (endpoint protection, firewall, SOC monitoring)
Cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, hybrid cloud solutions)
VOIP and business communication systems
POS and retail technology solutions
All services are provided under these Terms and any additional agreements or contracts specific to the service you engage.
2. User Obligations
By using our website or services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when registering or submitting requests.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including POPIA.
Use our services only for lawful purposes.
Not attempt to access unauthorized areas of our systems or disrupt service functionality.
3. Payment and Fees
Fees for services are outlined in your service agreement or quotation.
Payments must be made in full by the due date. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
Any taxes, levies, or duties applicable to the services are your responsibility.
4. Service Availability and Liability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, Enterprise Networks cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including business losses.
Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of the services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on [www.enterprisenetworks.co.za], including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Enterprise Networks or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
6. Privacy and Data Protection

You agree to allow us to process your information as described in the Privacy Policy for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in unlawful activity.
Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

Enterprise Networks – Managed Connectivity Services Terms & Conditions
These Terms apply to all connectivity services supplied by Enterprise Networks (Pty) Ltd (“Enterprise Networks”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to Clients (“you”, “Customer”) where we procure network services through strategic infrastructure partners.
1. Service Provision & Duration
Services commence on activation following acceptance of the quote and any required feasibility or site assessments.
Services are provided for the agreed contract term. After expiry, services continue month-to-month unless terminated.
Early termination during the fixed term will incur charges equal to remaining monthly fees.
2. Feasibility & Site Assessment
All services are subject to a feasibility study and/or site survey to validate technical and commercial viability.
If a site is deemed unviable, either party may cancel the order without further obligations.
3. Installation & Customer Obligations
You agree to provide all necessary access, cooperation, and approvals (including landlord permission) for installation and maintenance.
You are responsible for ensuring appropriate power, compliance with laws, and suitable housing for equipment.
Additional costs for special installation requirements may apply.
4. Equipment Ownership & Risk
Equipment supplied (routers, antennas, CPE) remains the property of Enterprise Networks unless otherwise agreed.
Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery and installation completion.
You may not dispose of, sell, lease, or encumber any equipment without written consent.
5. Billing, Charges & Payment
Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and other taxes unless stated.
Monthly services are invoiced in advance and payable within the stated terms.
Charges may be adjusted for regulatory changes or pricing variations at renewal.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.
6. Usage & Acceptable Use
Services must be used in compliance with acceptable use policies.
Services may not be resold, transferred, or used for illegal/unapproved purposes.
Out-of-bundle usage may incur additional charges as specified in your quote or service schedule.
7. Performance & Limitations
Connectivity solutions are delivered on a best-effort basis. Actual speeds may vary due to network load, contention ratios, and environmental factors.
Guaranteed throughput penalties apply only if separately agreed in writing.
8. Warranty & Support
Hardware supplied is warranted against defects under normal use for the term of your service, unless otherwise stated.
Support levels and response times are detailed in the SLA included with your quote.
On-site support outside the SLA may incur additional fees.
9. Privacy, Consent & Billing
Privacy & Data Protection
Enterprise Networks is committed to the privacy and confidentiality of any personal information provided during engagements with our customers. All personal information is processed ethically, lawfully, and in accordance with applicable South African privacy laws.
Customer Acknowledgement
By accepting this quote, the Customer confirms they have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. The Customer agrees to provide any information required by Enterprise Networks for credit validation, service provisioning, and billing purposes.
Pricing Adjustments
Charges in this quote are valid for 30 calendar days. Enterprise Networks reserves the right to adjust charges in case of significant currency fluctuations, regulatory changes, or supplier price changes during the contract term.
Invoicing & Activation
Products and services will be invoiced as and when they are activated, provisioned, or delivered. Monthly services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation & Early Termination
In the event of service cancellation during the contract term, the Customer remains liable for all costs incurred by Enterprise Networks in provisioning and delivering the services, including any unrecoverable supplier or equipment costs.
10. Change Control & Amendments
Any changes to services, equipment, or schedules must be agreed in writing by both parties.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Disputes will be resolved amicably or via formal dispute resolution if required.
Landlord Consent & Installation Disclaimer:
The Client confirms that they are the property owner or have obtained full consent from the landlord or property owner for the installation of all equipment and services. Enterprise Networks is authorised to carry out necessary installation work, including drilling, mounting, and cabling. The Client accepts full responsibility for obtaining such consent and indemnifies Enterprise Networks against any claims, damages, or disputes arising from unauthorised installation or breach of lease agreements.
